EmergTrack Max. All subscriptions with ProtectOn Premium are handled by Apple. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple's consent. Please contact Apple for help with refunds.
You are responsible for your own alert. ProtectOn will not be liable for the alert you sent to unwanted person. The purpose of our Service is uniquely to help you alert your friends of where you are in case of emergency. You are the only one responsible with sharing your location with others. ProtectOn will always display a specific information where you are actually sharing your location. The Service doesn't offer any type of refund in case of user's dissatisfaction regarding the shared location.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the location of your GPS. We use Apple technology to get your location. Depending on the accuracy of the location you have chosen with Apple, we are able to display your location on the map more or less accurately. We try to update your location as quickly as possible. Depending on the number of users and the number of requests, the refresh rate of your location may change. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by this service. You use ProtectOn to help your contact find your location. We reserve the right in the event of overloading our service to reduce the update rate.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its policies relating to the app or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the app. When we do we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the app or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the app and its Services. Last Update of this contract: 12 November 2022
